Get set to board your (Night) Volvo / Super deluxe bus from DELHI / NCR towards Dehradun / Mussoorie. (ticket and timings will be shared 4 hours prior to departure)
Upon arrival in Dehradun, you will be guided and transport will be provided by (non AC) cab to Mussoorie. Enjoy the fantabulous uphill drive. Upon arrival in Mussoorie you can drop your baggage at the hotel and check-in into your room post breakfast. Breakfast Option – Aggarwal Sweets / Green Restaurant / Madras Café. Afterwards get set to explore the beauty of the place. Visit Gun-hill by ropeway (ropeway starts from Jhula ghar – middle of the Mall road, you can grab a rickshaw / battery operated Golf car to reach this point. Return to Mall Road and entire day at leisure at the Mall Road. You can have drinks and dinner at the famous TAVERN enjoying live music and mouthwatering food. After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel drive to the George Everest – Built in 1832, this colonial-style residence was George Everest’s home, laboratory, and observatory. The house stands atop a scenic ridge, offering 360° panoramic views of the Doon Valley on one side and the snow-clad Himalayan ranges on the other. The location was used as a survey base for mapping the Indian subcontinent during the British Raj. It was in a very bad shape and kept distorted for many decades until last few years when it got restored by the Govt and it became a favourite tourist spot. In the evening drive to the Landour Bazaar and try some Tantalizing delicacies at the Chaar dukaan like the Cheese and Onion Parantha, Cheese Maggi and don’t forget to have uncle’s special Pan Cakes. Return your scooter / bike and get set to board your cab back for Dehradun which takes you further to board you bus for Delhi. Overnight travel from Mussoorie / Dehradun to Delhi in Volvo / Super deluxe coach.
