Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only valid for cancellations of bookings made within the specified time period as given in package-specific conditions.
Refunds will be invalid for services partially utilized, cancellations at the last minute or no-shows.
Refund Timelines:
Refunds eligible will be made within 7-14 business days after the cancellation date.
The refund will be sent to the original means of payment unless otherwise specified.
Deductions:
Refunds can be deducted with the following:
Non-refundable deposits
Hotel cancellation fees
Airline/transportation penalties
Service & processing fees
Non-Refundable Situations:
No refund will be issued if:
You do not show up for the trip or are late.
You cancel after the departure or commencement of the service.
A third-party supplier (e.g., airlines, hotels) has a no-refund policy.
