These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of services offered by The TravelIt (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or booking our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Read them carefully.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings should be made through our official channels (website, phone or authorised agents).
Tour confirmation is only made on receipt of the deposit or full payment as applicable for the booked package.
Your responsibility is to check all travel information (dates, destination, accommodation, etc.) at the time of booking.
2. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is done in INR (₹) and may vary according to availability, season or third-party rate variations.
The entire amount should be paid in advance of the tour commencement unless agreed otherwise.
We may adjust price discrepancies or alter tour inclusions.
3. Travel Documents
The client is solely responsible for valid travel documents like passports, visas & ID proofs.
TravelIt will not be held responsible for any problems caused by lost or invalid documents.
4. Health & Safety
It is the responsibility of the travellers to ensure they are medically & physically fit to travel.
Any existing medical conditions have to be notified while making the booking.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Although we assure to provide hassle-free travel experiences, The TravelIt cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay or inconvenience caused due to third-party service providers, weather factors, strikes or other unavoidable events beyond our management.
We act as an intermediary between clients & independent travel service providers (hotels, transport services, etc.).
6. Modifications
TravelIt reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
